We have resolved these issues:

There is a leftover failure in the volumes plugin QA:
https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/44276

It is not a release blocker. It only shows up if the underlying file
system is deleted out from under the ceph-mgr.

This may be resolved by the fix to 44245 above.
