You could have a look at D-ITG:

http://www.grid.unina.it/software/ITG

it is a traffic generation and measurement platform able to emulate different application layer traffic models. It supports DCCP, UDP, TCP, and SCTP, and is able to log different information for the generated packets such as delay (both one way and round trip), jitter, loss, and throughput. Please have a look at the web site and the info therein, and do not hesitate to contact me in case you need further information.

Best regards.

Hello,
Is anyone able to tell me what methods should I use to measure packet loss, delay and jitter of the stream over DCCP? I need to collect values of these parameters and compare them to the same via other well known protocols (UDP, TCP). Can you please help me, or at least point me in the right direction, as it seems to me that there is no software that can take these measurements. Any help will be much appreciated.
Best regards,
Rossy
