With Cyrus SASL 2.1.24rc1, I obtain on the GCC Compiler Farm gcc40
machine the following error at configure time:
iulius@gcc40:~/autobuild/src/cyrus-sasl-2.1.24$ ./configure
configure: creating cache ./config.cache
checking build system type... config/config.guess: unable to guess
system type
This script, last modified 2001-07-12, has failed to recognize
the operating system you are using. It is advised that you
download the most up to date version of the config scripts from
ftp://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/config/
UNAME_MACHINE = ppc64
UNAME_RELEASE = 2.6.26-2-powerpc64
UNAME_SYSTEM = Linux

configure: error: cannot guess build type; you must specify one
Could you please upgrade the config.guess file? It is 10 years old.
