It seems bad idea, IMHO. That may explain my linker error, since I'm trying to use the base system's Kerberos libraries. I'll check the OpenSSL settings and try to force the ports system to use the base system's OpenSSL libraries (where I can find the MD2_* functions). Best wishes, Matthew
