Yes, I decided not to use it. I rebuilt it and found that the SQL error went away, but I got others. Overall, too much of a headache. I decided to go with Courier instead. It worked as advertised. I did keep the Cyrus SASL libraries for smtp auth though and it works great.

I had a similar problem. I built the module with SQL support and then
decided not to use SQL. Big mistake. I keep getting error messages and
the darn thing would not run. I had to deinstall to and rebuild without
SQL support to get it working correctly.

IMHO, it is something the developers should correct.
