-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi, The question of loop-aes + swsusp has come up multiple times over the years, but not for a while. By that I mean, suspending a loop-aes- encrypted-root system to a loop-aes encrypted swap partition, which is reinstated by the initrd prior to resuming. Jari points out problems w/this in: http://marc.info/?l=linux-crypto&m=117497724023950&w=2 It looks like Jari had just updated loop-aes to make it compatible with swsusp in general (in release 2.0f), but there were still problems doing encrypted root + swsusp. Has anybody done any further work on this, like the initrd changes that might make it come together? Jari, do you think that such initrd tweaks as you suggested then, would be enough to make it work, or are there in fact other reasons why this may not be doable?
