Debian makes it pretty easy; a simple "apt-get install
loop-aes-modules-2.6-amd64" was enough to pull in the modules for me.

They also supply a loop-aes-source package if you build your own kernel,
which you can use with some of their tools to create a loop-aes package of
your own.
