Hi, James
    Thanks for the test. It seems that the wakeups per second become normal
after resuming if the boot option of "idle=nomwait" is used.
    But the powertop reports that C0 usage is very high. And the CPU will stay
in P0-state for about 40.4%.
    Will you please confirm whether the CPU work load is high after resuming?
