Hi Marc,

Maybe you should try to recompile your kernel with the cpu scaling options.

Like CONFIG_X86_LONGHAUL, CONFIG_CPU_FREQ_STAT and maybe
CONFIG_X86_E_POWERSAVER. Do you know which options are in your kernel?
