automatically load kmod for governor on cpufreq-set

Greetings,

Thank you for your work on cpufrequtils. It would be nice if the
welcome email stated to which address I should be sending list email,
and also if there was a public archive available. Anyhow,

It would be nice if cpufreq-set would automatically try to load the
governor model passed with --governor if it wasn't natively (built in,
or already loaded) supported. This would be a pretty nice usability
enhancement, thanks in advance!
