The Corosync configuration would be the same as one in a single
location, it would be up to you to get the multicast routing right.

For unicast, you'll have to install Corosync 1.3.0 or later; then check
the corosync.conf man page for "udpu".

However, really, don't do this. Corosync, just like all other cluster
communications layers, is very sensitive to network latencies, and
unless you work for someone like the CIA or CERN or NASA, or a large
backbone provider, you're not going to have access to multiple physical
locations connected with near-LAN latency.
