Yes the fencing failed because of the network issues and I had to reboot one of the manually and it came back normal. But now I am seeing this DLM is blocked.

I see this in the logs

Was there a failed fence action prior to this? If so, DLM is probably blocked.

Can you post your logs starting from just prior to the network interruption?
