Yes, I'm sure ... because splunk doesn't needs special options in
login profiles ... Ok I have changed status function in startup script
by:

  status)
        expr `$prog status | grep 'is running' | wc -l` == 0
        status=$?
        if [ $status -eq 1 ]; then
                exit 0
        else
                echo 3
        fi
        ;;

 ... adn now It works ... really strange ... Some ideas??
