if it dosn't work, Now try

rg_test test /etc/cluster/cluster.conf  start service name_of_your_service

like thak you can see what it's wrong

But changing to:

<service .....>
  <fs....../>
  <ip ...../>
  <script ...../>
</service>

 it doesn't works neither ...
