Do one step at a time.

First of all check if cman_tool nodes output is sane and nodes can see
eachother.

If that works, then you need to make sure that dlm.ko is loaded and
configfs is mounted in the right place.

Basically follow the init script we provide step by step and see where
it starts failing.
