Uncomment / Change / Add these lines.

library_dir = "/lib/lvm2"
locking_type = 3
fallback_to_local_locking = 1
fallback_to_clustered_locking = 0
locking_dir = "/var/lock/lvm"

If this does not work, enable lvm-clustering from the command line by
typing in this command.

lvmconf  --enable-cluster
