I am using rgmanager-1.9.54-1. I will upgrade the rgmanager from rgmanager-1.9.54-1 to rgmanager-1.9.54-3.228823test.

Don't you mean 212634?  https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=212634
This is a dlm lock leak created by rgmanager (the clu_lock_verbose() function).

What version of rgmanager do you have installed?  It sounds like you're
hitting #212644, which is fixed with packages available here:

http://people.redhat.com/lhh/packages.html

(It will also be fixed in the next Red Hat update, which will then
trickle down to CentOS, I suspect)
