It matches based on the parent mount point, and should sync all
subdirectories present in /var/lib/nfs/rmtab... e.g.

clurmtabd /foo

Clients which mount /foo/bar, /foo/bar/1, etc. should all have entries
in /foo/.clumanager/rmtab
