So it seems like instead of dropping mentions of vms pool, we should
expand "Configuring Nova" section where it says
In order to boot virtual machines directly from Ceph volumes, you
must configure the ephemeral backend for Nova.
with appropriate steps and /etc/nova/nova.conf snippet. I'm guessing
images_type = rbd
images_rbd_pool = vms
images_rbd_ceph_conf = /etc/ceph/ceph.conf
at a minimum?
