I'll try to increase in my small cluster, let's see is there any improvement there, thank you.

Any reason if has memory enough to not increase?

It could be rgw_max_concurrent_requests[1] witch is default at 1024.
I read somewhere that it should not be increased, but could be increase it to 2048.
But the recommended action was to add more gateways instead.
