I've seen similar status output recently in relation to bug #51027 We've updated to 16.2.5 and now when I reboot a machine that's hosting a monitor I see a similar message. I suppose what the "-1 -> 14" means is that the number of deployed services is reduced by one, and that the new number is 14.
