Hi, I have not worked with orchestrator but I remember I read somewhere that NFS implementation is not supported. Refer Cephadm documentation and for NFS you have configure nfs Ganesha. You can manage NFS thru dashboard but for that you have initial config in dashboard and in nfsganaesha you have refer it.
