Hello guys,
We are testing ceph on luminous. We found pg unexpected down, when osd down.
In one pg map 14.1f0，we got 3 osds 4,6,0. When we do up/down osds in this order,
pg will down at last. All step are waiting for peering over. We found this happened only on luminous ,we are tested on jewel and mimic, they are all OK. Is this a bug?
