I found the sollution to this one in a bug report and it is ofcourse
rather obvious.
Put CLUSTER=<clustername> in /etc/sysconfig/ceph
I would suggest to put this in this config file by default because then
it is obvious for everyone that you can override the cluster name by
changing this default variable.
