Re: ceph-dbg package for Xenial (ubuntu-16.04.x) broken

For some reason, during the v10.2.2 release,
ceph-dbg_10.0.2-1xenial_amd64.deb did not get transferred to
http://download.ceph.com/debian-jewel/pool/main/c/ceph/
