I have isolated the problem.
There was error on line 73 in ceph-crypto.cc,I understood that this is a problem in the nss db path.
So I removed the line of nss db path and voila, the integration is working and the radosgw can start.
I don't know if it is bug or something I did wrong with the nss.

what does the config file you have created look like: The good one and the bad one?
in your particular case what is your Keystone configuration?
And may be providing the community with some links to the log file and configuration file capture could really help.
