Hi,

what can not get started?

have you checked the log files for any critical error message of the “can’t get started component"?

what does the config file you have created look like: The good one and the bad one?

in your particular case what is your Keystone configuration?

And may be providing the community with some links to the log file and configuration file capture could really help.
