I am seeing an issue with cephfs where I am unable to write changes to the files system in anyway. I am running commands using sudo with a user account as well as the root user itself to modify ownership of files, delete files, and create new files and all I get is "Permission denied".
At first I thought maybe there was something wrong with the file system and it was no longer read write but everything seems to check out. It is not mounted as read only, ceph is reporting HEALTH_OK, and there is nothing in any of the logs that look like errors. I am able to unmount and remount the filesystem without any issues. It also reboots and mounts no problem. I am not sure what this could be caused by. Any ideas?
