Hello Ceph-users!
This is my first attempt at getting ceph running.
Does the following, in isolation, indicate any potential troubleshooting directions
# ceph -s

The password-less keys are working amongst root@everyhost.
ceph was installed with # make install (the defaults)
I am reading the troubleshooting page, of course. Does the error above occur if the monitor is not running?
I believe a log directory (/usr/local/var/log/ceph) was created by `make install`. Is there some additional step to enable logs? Does no log file indicate the monitor is not running?
