    I've got this problem sometimes as well (accessing from Brazil,
    BTW).

    
    The site takes a long time to load and I get some timeouts. But when
    I try accessing it during the day, it will eventually load. I don't
    see this problem when I'm using the EU mirror.

                I think it's GFW's problem. I think it's ok for me to
