Namespaces in CephFS would become useful in conjunction with limiting
client authorization by sub-mount -- that way subdirectories could be
assigned a layout with a particular namespace, and a client could be
limited to that namespace on the OSD side and that path on the MDS
side.  So I guess we'd look to support them at the same time as
improving the MDS authorization stuff in general -- recently the MDS
capability string format was updated to be a bit more expressive but
we're not enforcing most of it yet.
