Hello. I wasn’t able to obtain a clear answer in my googling and reading official Ceph docs if Erasure Coded pools are possible/supported for RBD access? The idea is to have block (cold) storage for archival purposes. I would access an RBD device and format it as EXT or XFS for block use. I understand that acceleration is possible via using SSDs as a cache tier or OSD journals.
