Install Ceph nodes without network proxy access

OK, I?m getting farther. I changed the ceph-deploy command line to be:

ceph-deploy install --no-adjust-repos  tm1cldmonl01

That keeps me from needing to grab keys.

But now I?m getting :

[tm1cldmonl01][WARNIN] Public key for leveldb-1.7.0-2.el6.x86_64.rpm is not installed

The repo definitions that contain that file are:

[extras_noarch]
name=Ceph Extras noarch releasee
baseurl=file:///unixdepot/cloud/openstack/repos/ceph/ceph_extras_noarch/
gpgcheck=0
enabled=1
gpgkey=file:///unixdepot/cloud/openstack/repos/ceph/release.asc

[extras_x86_64]
name=Ceph Extras x86_64 releasee
baseurl=file:///unixdepot/cloud/openstack/repos/ceph/ceph_extras_x86_64/
gpgcheck=0
enabled=1
gpgkey=file:///unixdepot/cloud/openstack/repos/ceph/release.asc

[noarch]
name=Ceph noarch releasee
baseurl=file:///unixdepot/cloud/openstack/repos/ceph/noarch/
gpgcheck=0
enabled=1
gpgkey=file:///unixdepot/cloud/openstack/repos/ceph/release.asc

[x86_64]
name=Ceph x86_64 releasee
baseurl=file:///unixdepot/cloud/openstack/repos/ceph/x86_64/
gpgcheck=0
enabled=1
gpgkey=file:///unixdepot/cloud/openstack/repos/ceph/release.asc

Any more ideas?
