Unable to attach a volume, device is busy

Hi All,

     I'm using ceph as a storage backend for my openstack havana 
environment. I have an issue attaching a volume to an instance. This is 
the error http://pastebin.com/raw.php?i=DpmrJtYH that I get when I try 
to attach a volume. I already rebuild libvirt rpm to have rbd support.
