Turned up some more logging and it appears that the ceph RPM package for
Centos 6.5 is missing /usr/lib64/rados-classes/libcls_user.so, causing
the list_buckets request to fail.
Apparently this was fixed in master, ceph.spec.in commit 1c129dfc7d,
but didn't flow to v0.78.
