Nearly every list I've been on[1], Reply sends to the poster.
Reply-List or Reply-All sends to the list (and the poster).

I believe this is the recommended convention.

1. Which is quite a few; although a number of Gentoo lists were
reply-to-list by default.  The one that used to catch everyone out was
gentoo-core which was reply-to-sender by default.
