Best way to replace a failed drive?

Hello Guys,

I wonder what's the best way to replace a failed OSD instead of remove it from CRUSH and add a new one in. As I have OSD# assigned in the ceph.conf, add a new OSD might need to revise the config file and reload all the ceph instances.

BTW, any suggestions for my ceph.conf? I kind of feel that to assign IP address for each OSD is not a smart way. Please advise.
Thank you.
