It's now 9:15am here so the network is getting less idle and any measurements I'm taking will be more noisy, but anyway...

iostat -x 10 now alternates between <100 wkB/s and 7000wkB/s, eg:

High
Low
High
Low
etc

Changing the interval to 30 changes it to:

High
Low
Low
High
Low
Low
High
etc

Reads seem to be way higher than the xfs OSD on that server too. 20-50MB/second instead of pretty much idle, but I suppose that could just be a scrub in progress or something.
