Cinder has no way to export them, but you can use: rbd export pool/image@snap /path/to/file

The format is rbd://fsid/pool/image/snapshot fsid is a unique id for a ceph cluster.

In this case it's a cinder snapshot, and you've already found it in the rbd snap ls output. Josh
