Looks like we are all stuck at this point.

root@cephdeploy:~/6.4# ceph-deploy gatherkeys ceph100

Thanks to the following link. I managed to get pass the [remote] sudo: sorry, you must have a tty to run sudo error.

http://kb.initso.at/2011/05/linuxnagios-sudo-sorry-you-must-have-a-tty-to-run-sudo/

Now when I try to ceph-deploy mon create ceph101 I get

ceph-deploy: The lsb_release command was not found on remote host.  Please install the lsb-release package.

Installing redhat-lsb right now.

I found it here http://ceph.com/rpm/el6/noarch/. The date says it was generated on May 24. So I used this in a brand new node.

Good thing is that it installs cuttlefish with it.
Bad thing is that it doesn't install python-pushy.

When I tried to execute ceph-deploy command it says:

ImportError: No module named pushy

So I tried yum install python-pushy and got this

The GPG keys listed for the "Ceph noarch packages" repository are already installed but they are not correct for this package.

So I installed the dependencies for python-pushy then ran

rpm -ivh http://ceph.com/rpm/el6/noarch/python-pushy-0.5.1-6.1.noarch.rpm

Now when I try ceph-deploy install ceph103

[remote] sudo: sorry, you must have a tty to run sudo

Hi Dewan -

There was a patch submitted for that recently, and I will push out a new version of the packages in the next hour or so.

If you want to apply the fix before that.  It is commit d2c3caf130727b5e42b663fcff5bd520a8517a1e.

Successfully installed ceph-deploy and ceph in CentOS 6.4. Now I got a new problem. It goes like this:

[root@cephdeploy ~]# ceph-deploy install ceph101

ceph-deploy modules not installed.
[root@cephdeploy ~]#

If installing EPEL is a requirement for using this repo, the documentation
should really reflect that.
