There was a build bug in bleeding-edge versions of nfs-ganesha for a
week with lttng enabled (mea culpa). That should now be fixed and the
latest nfs-ganesha package builds are working again:

    https://2.chacra.ceph.com/r/nfs-ganesha/next/0dc03f8c4993ed363619db6562b98e2be36e8707/centos/7/flavors/ceph_master/x86_64/

That said, I support eventually supplying these from the centos
infrastructure.
