Can you talk a little more about what this means for users and
developers? I know you’ve mentioned wanting to share build
infrastructure in the past, and I see the thread in the centos-devel
archives at https://lists.centos.org/pipermail/centos-devel/2018-December/017098.html,
but I’m still a little fuzzy on how/if it will change user-facing
processes.
