Hi all,

Please join me in welcoming Kate Longchi (kate_long on IRC, tetekate2 on 
github) for the winter outreachy round!  They will be working on the Ceph 
Health Monitoring Plugins project to create a lightweight health 
notification mechanism using ceph-mgr.
