clang builds...

How far away are we from being able to do clang tests? I see a few
different goals:

- make check with clang via jenkins on pull requests, just to catch build
issues.

- package builds with clang. This would be helpful because it would give
us access to ASAN, which we could add to the teuthology validation tests.
(Also, I'm stuck on a rocksdb issue for the omap vs metadata space
reporting feature that valgrind reports an issue on and ASAN might give
some clues there, see https://github.com/facebook/rocksdb/issues/3707)
