MGR modules (migration in progress; no testing with Python 3, though)

Dashboard is ready for Python 3 and it is tested for Python 2 and 3.

Just a little addendum. The dashboard is only tested in Python 3 in our local setups, not in Teuthology (sepia lab).

Right - by "no testing" I meant "no upstream testing".

My understanding is (and please correct me if I'm wrong) that the MGR uses a subinterpreter which can theoretically be either Python 2 or Python 3, but in practice it's Python 2 because that's the default [1] and all the upstream builds use the default.
