This is great to hear!  It is a bit hard to suggest anything specific 
without a bit more information about what you are interested in, though.  
Are there particular use cases where you would like to use ceph?  (VM 
storage, object storage, distributed file system, big data, ...?)

We have a trello board that has high level stuff we'd like to work on at

It is pretty minimal, but the items tagged in green are easier or smallish 
projects.  Feel free to ask about anything that looks like it might be 
interesting.  Usually the best results, though, are when you are using the 
system, notice something could be better, and try to make it better.
