You are using a repo that tracks RHEL when you're using CentOS.  The
only problem, here, is that CentOS is behind the curve.

Either use a repo that tracks CentOS or wait until CentOS releases 5.5.

My recommendation: don't have the other repositories enabled by default
so your "yum update" only updates core components, and then you can
check against the 3rd party repos at with with the --enablerepo option.
