Qemu would probably be your best bet for incompatible hardware. Since
the red hat 7.3 is no longer supported and has lots of security issues
you may be good to just update the kernel to something newer in the
2.4 series and play around with that.

If they haven't died in 7 years.. they won't die on their own. [I mean
I had someone try to get me to do 6.2 onto vmware last year.]
