It is possible that you can see one of the mirrorlist machines and not the other one. I can see "tw" based lists are being generated OK. All the things I can think of that might cause that are related to using a different YUM than the one in CentOS, or a broken yum (so maybe reinstall it by hand), or maybe a "transparent proxy" (where yum sometimes breaks).
