Yes, I use it on a 3 year old Intel 32bit notebook. The fglrx.ko driver is
built with the dkms model. When I installed it over a year ago, I found that the Arrfab repo (see below) was the best/only source at the time.

When you get it setup run
>fgl_glxgears

This is a 3D screensaver. I get 453 fps.
